Vita Technology manufactures valves of sizes 1/4" up to a port size of 3". Strainers are available up to a port size of 2". All valves are available with NPT, BSPT, and BSP threads. Most valves allow for optional flanges for mounting. The valves are meant for hot and cold water, steam, and vacuum used commonly in tyre plants. The valves can be used to control gas, such as nitrogen, and other fluid media that are compatible with the material used in valve wetted parts, which are stainless steel, bronze and PTFE. We import certain special steels for critical components from world-class steel producers to ensure that our products are also world-class.
Vita valves are field proven, with valve body and other main castings designed with ASTM-CF8 corrosion resistant stainless steel, facilitating service in adverse atmospheres. Our designs allow for the dismantling of valves to replace worn parts or cleaning and re-assembly after several years of usage with minimum effort.
Air-operated valves with piston and PTFE seals. These are 5-port valves, with 4 ports connected for 2-way water hydraulic cylinder operations. Non-return valves, made in two types (swinging 'hard seats' and spring-loaded 'soft seats'). These are primarily used to control temperature by regulating the flow of steam. |
Shaping pressure is controlled by the air pressure given to the actuation chamber. These valves are manufactured with relief pressures adjusted to the specific requirements of tyre curing presses. Strainers are made with stainless steel body and filters. |
