

At VITAtech, Our air control systems offer precise actuation in one direction by applying controlled air pressure to the top of the air cylinder. Conversely, for reverse action, we utilize a reliable spring mechanism or apply air under identical conditions.
Our products are constructed using top-grade materials, including stainless steel ASTM-CF8 investment castings, AISI-304 drawn materials, and bronze components. The valve stem is guided by bronze rings, accompanied by Nitrile rubber seal rings to ensure dependable performance.
In the case of our double-acting air cylinders, which govern fluid flow direction, we employ an O-ring seal instead of the traditional PTFE seal, complemented by a stainless steel spring energizer. This innovation enhances the control and versatility of our systems, allowing for seamless management of fluid flow in both directions.
