Motors

We use Samarium® software and its derivatives for most of our electromagnetic designs. We also widely use software tools including , AutoCAD©, Autodesk Inventor© Professional,Matlab© and several packages that are developed in house using C++ for our design requirements. Other than the integrated FEA available in Samarium family, we also use COMSOL MULTIPHYSICS© FEA packages. All of our softwares are legally licenced.

BLDC Motors

VITAtech designs and manufactures high performance brushless DC motors. Most of our designs are custom made after customized design based on actual application specifications. We use  Samarium software for all of our BLDC motor designs.

We design and develop aerospace grade BLDC motors for Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) to use in their satellite launch vehicles like Small Satellite Launch Vehicle (SSLV), Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV), Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle (GSLV) or Launch Vehicle Mark-III (LVM3) and Reusable Launch Vehicle (RLV) and human space flight program.

Since 2022, VITAtech has been designing and manufacturing Stepper Motors of different specifications and angle. All our Stepper Motors are designed to meet aerospace grade specifications and are designed for flight. These are customized designs for specific customers in India.

Mission Ready

The J series BLDC motors offer the highest performance using exotic magnetic materials and are mission ready for aerospace and deep space applications. Specifically designed and developed for use in gimbals, they are designed to operate smoothly at slow speeds. Of course, they are not limited to gimbal applications. The same series is also available using normal magnetic materials. They are usually shipped as frameless motors.

Specifically designed and developed for use in gimbals, they are designed to operate smoothly at slow speeds. Of course, they are not limited to gimbal applications. The same series is also available using normal magnetic materials. They are usually shipped as frameless motors

These motors are available with six frame sizes between 35 to 75 mm with varying stack lengths based on the performance required. The axial length of motors with encapsulation are longer than the ones without.

We design and manufacture BLDC motors with Simplex, Duplex, Quadruplex coiling. Available with custom housing.

We also develop aerospace grade BLDC motors for DRDO organizations - Research Centre Imarat (RCI), Aeronautical Development Establishment (ADE), Naval Science & Technological Laboratory (NSTL) and Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL).

Our motors were used in C-25 stage of Chandrayaan-3 Satellite Launch Vehicle and successfully helped it to reach the moon.

These motors are available with six frame sizes between 35 to 75 mm with varying stack lengths based on the performance required. The axial length of motors with encapsulation are longer than the ones without.
